WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Solara currently ships within Australia. We intend to introduce international shipping for future releases.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All Solara pieces are handmade and carefully prepared for dispatch. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Once dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Due to the small-batch nature of our production, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

ARE YOUR BAGS HANDMADE?

Yes. Each Solara bag is thoughtfully made by hand in small batches. Subtle variations in finish are part of the individuality and character of handmade pieces.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BAG?

To preserve the structure and finish of your bag:

  • Avoid overloading or sharp objects
  • Spot clean only using a soft, lightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash, soak, or use harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects that may cause snagging or abrasion.
  • Hardware and decorative charms should be handled with care to prevent scratching or tarnishing.

WILL SOLD-OUT STYLES BE RESTOCKED?

Due to limited production, restocks are not guaranteed. We recommend joining our mailing list for early access to future releases.

RETURNS

Each piece is handmade in limited quantities. We take great care in inspecting each bag before it is delivered.

GENERAL RETURNS

We may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund if:

  • Items are unused and in original condition. This includes having tags still attached to the item.
  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Used items.
  • Items not in original condition.
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after the delivery date.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued once returns have been received and approved.
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
